What does this recognition mean to your team / to you?
Winning the Best HR Technology Solution of the Year 2025 award is a clear signal that what we’re building delivers real value. Our customers don’t just sign contracts - they expand them. Usage increases the more teams work with zortify, which is the strongest validation we can get. For the team, this award is proof that simple, secure, and practical HR technology wins. For us, it’s motivation to keep building solutions that people actually want to use - and rely on.
In 2025, what concrete improvement did your solution bring to HR workflows or talent development?
In 2025, the biggest impact was felt beyond HR. Business and hiring managers benefited directly from clear, data-backed analyses and decision-ready insights - instead of opinions, spreadsheets, or gut feeling. HR acted as the AI champion, introducing zortify into the organization and enabling a new level of decision quality. For the first time, HR could deliver structured, defensible decision templates for hiring, development, and promotion - faster, clearer, and with far more confidence. HR didn’t just support decisions; it shaped them.
What are your top 2–3 priorities for 2026?
- Enable managers: Enable even more companies - especially HR and hiring managers - to truly understand talent, so selection, development, and promotion decisions are driven by insight rather than intuition.
- Action over analysis: Make AI recommendations unmistakably actionable, shifting the focus away from dashboards and towards clear next steps. Less analysis, more execution.
- Deep integration: Integrate even deeper into core HR processes, so insights are embedded exactly where decisions are made, seamlessly and at scale.
