What does this recognition mean to your team?
The award stands as a testimony of our deepest endeavour at PwC Academy Luxembourg: providing our clients with long-lasting learning journeys that truly make a difference. It echoes our unwavering commitment to Excellence, one of PwC’s core values.
Beyond gratitude, this recognition inspires us to carry on, motivating us to go beyond and continuously raise the bar in everything we do. Above all, it is a celebration of our collective work as a team and of the strong partnership we have built with our clients.
In 2025, what tangible improvement did you bring to learning outcomes or learner experience?
In 2025, teaming with our PwC subject matter experts, we have further developed our thematic offering to support the learning needs of our clients. The new curriculums cover: Derivatives, ESG & Sustainability, PFS for Investment Firms and Specialised PFS, and IFRS.
Overall, over 55 courses have been developed to support the specific learning needs of generalist, specialist and senior management audiences. We have also introduced additional learning modules on regulations, financial instruments, accounting and finance, data & AI and other hot topics.
Furthermore, we have rolled out a new learning management system enabling a more fluid and immersive multi-format learning experience while providing advanced content management features.
Your top 2–3 priorities for 2026?
We are committed to deliver impactful learning experiences for our clients across industries and business models. Our roadmap for 2026 includes the following priorities: pursuing the design of thematic learning curriculums addressing the core business challenges faced by our clients, developing proprietary innovative solutions within and around these curriculums enabling immersive and long-lasting learning experiences, and delivering a seamless, fluid and efficient learning journey to learners across diverse topics and formats for maximum engagement and impact.
One practical tip for HR/L&D leaders to boost learning impact without overloading teams?
Besides compulsory trainings, giving individuals greater autonomy in their learning decisions helps ensure optimal engagement and knowledge acquisition – an approach that fosters effective upskilling and reskilling.
