Datapunk S.A., via its
Hubfinance and
Humakina platforms, designs high value-added experiences for Wealth Management and Human Resources professionals.
In this context, we are looking for an Event Manager to oversee the organization of around 50 B2B events a year (from 30 to 300 participants), through our two brands.
The Event Manager is responsible for the design, coordination and smooth running of events, working with in-house teams, partners, sponsors and service providers. He/she plays a key role in promoting the brand and the quality of the experiences offered.
Main tasks:
1. Event organization
- Manage over 50 events per year: lunches, conferences, forums, think tank, etc.
- Logistical coordination with our partner event agency (venues, catering, technical, etc.).
- On-site operational deployment on D-day (reception, schedule, resolution of unforeseen events).
2. Management of speakers and partners
- Identification and selection of speakers and sponsors in line with themes.
- Follow-up on invitations, exchanges, follow-ups and logistical coordination.
- Preparation of speeches: briefs, support materials, management of speaking time.
3. Registration and participant management
- Administration of the event platform: creation of events, registration forms.
- Follow-up of registrations, validation of profiles, targeted follow-ups.
4. Content and media production
- Program design and structuring.
- Preparation of media: presentations, badges, signage, printed programs.
- Creation and updating of sponsorship offers.
- Set up webinars with our partners via our platform.
5. Event innovation and modeling
- Participate in the creation of new event formats.
- Reflection on business models and performance levers.
6. Budget tracking and performance
- Monitoring costs, adherence to budgets, profitability of operations.
- Reporting, dashboards and results analysis.
7. Cross-functional collaboration
- Working closely with the sales team (sponsorship sales).
- Coordination with marketing (emailing's, social networks, event visibility).
Profile required:
- Higher education in communications, marketing or events (Bac+4/5).
- At least 3 to 5 years' proven experience in B2B events, in a demanding environment.
- Good knowledge of the Wealth Management or Human Resources sectors would be a plus.
- Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Mastery of web tools: CMS, event management tools, CRM, Excel, etc.
- Experience on an event platform would be a real plus.
